Virtus Performance (ABN registered in Victoria, Australia) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you enquire, book a Free Intro, or become a member, we collect the details you give us: name, contact details, training goals and history, and where relevant for your safety, health information such as injuries. Members' training data (bookings, attendance, testing results) is collected through our member app.

How we use it

To coach you well: responding to enquiries, personalising your training, tracking your progress, and keeping you informed about your membership and sessions. We do not sell personal information, ever.

Storage and security

Data is stored with trusted providers using encryption in transit and at rest, with access limited to staff who need it to coach and support you. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.

Juniors

For members under 18, we collect information from and communicate with a parent or guardian, who controls consent for their child's data.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@virtusperformance.com.au and we'll sort it, usually within a few days.
